1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on location).

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

• Delivery times may vary due to factors like weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on orders above a certain value.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

• You can use this tracking ID to check your order status on the courier partner’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, contact us at onlinekharidle26@gmail.com.

• In case of a lost shipment, we will investigate with our courier partner and either replace the product or issue a refund.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

• Do not accept the delivery, or

• Accept it with proof of damage (photos or videos) and contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
